Coastal Gem

Set in the Lancashire countryside we are ideally situated for the M55 to the M6 north and M6 south. This makes us centrally positioned for visiting the Lake District, Manchester, Liverpool and the Yorkshire Dales which are all easily accessible within an hour or so driving.

On our doorstep within a 5 mile radius there is the coastal gem of Lytham St. Anne’s, famous now for its Lytham Festival which takes place during the summer. A perfect daytime destination with small boutique style individual shops and a great selection of cafes.

To the north of Lytham is St Anne’s on Sea with its Victorian Porritt buildings, promenade and pier, Ashton Gardens and Blue Flag beaches.

Looking for a thrill?

A short drive away is Blackpool Pleasure Beach with its famous rollercoasters and rides. Nearby is the Sandcastle Water Park and further along the architecturally award winning promenade is the famous Blackpool Tower, Blackpool Comedy Carpet, Madame Tussauds, Blackpool Sealife Centre and a multitude of other attractions offering an exciting experience.
